Sarah Dean is a graduate from Creighton University’s MS in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution program. She has experience in online education, international nonprofit coordination, and social media strategy. Her regional expertise is South Asian cultures and languages with a proficiency in Hindi.

Her background in India, international affairs, and conflict resolution has allowed her to collaborate with Dr. Cain for over three years, most recently on a project to integrate negotiation and conflict resolution practices with the intercultural competencies.   In addition, she has increased cultural awareness through Indian dance performance and workshops.
